Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides access card set by the receptionist to enter the rooms, which have an old school charm with vintage furniture. The ballroom could be a bit smaller for a cozier atmosphere. The location is excellent, surrounded by all sorts of stores and conveniently near parking, yet away from the stadium/hall for competition purposes. The dining options are varied and satisfying, but the freshness of some items can be improved.
The hotel is below standard, even a 2-star hotel would be better. The rooms are larger but not up to par. Rates are good, but the value is lacking.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while spacious enough for a prayer area, were unfortunately run down and very dirty. On the bright side, the service during MCO Fasa 2 was helpful and friendly. The location was strategic for easy access via Federal Highway, although the nearby restaurant experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, there were some highlights and some areas that fell short.
The hotel is conveniently situated near a variety of stores and close to a night market, making it strategic for shopping and exploring the area. However, the room size was smaller than expected for the price paid and in need of maintenance, especially with faulty taps, which affected the overall value for money.
The hotel's location is very convenient, surrounded by all sorts of stores, but the rooms were a bit small for the price. The service was hospitable overall, although connecting to an outside line was a bit cumbersome. The dining experience was described as decent but with limited variety. There were praises for the hotel being near groceries shops, hospitals, and restaurants.
